Summer hours from July 1st to August 31st, 2025

Civic Museum, Gipsoteca Graziosi, and Avia Pervia – 9 AM to 1 PM, Tuesday to Sunday

Gipsoteca Graziosi and Avia Pervia – open free of charge on Fridays and Saturdays from 5 PM to 8 PM

From July 28th to August 11th, the Civic Museum will be temporarily closed for maintenance work; Gipsoteca Graziosi and Avia Pervia will remain open with free admission.

  • From December 2024, opening times and fees change:
    Civic Museum open Tuesday to Friday 9 - 12 and 15 - 18; Saturday, Sunday and holidays 10 - 19; closed on Monday. Last admission half an hour before closing.
  • Giuseppe Graziosi Plaster Collection open Tuesday to Friday 9 - 12 and 15 - 18; Saturday and Sunday 10 - 13 and 16 - 19.
  • Roman Lapidarium open during opening hours of the Palazzo dei Musei, Monday to Saturday 8.30 - 19.30; Sunday and holidays 9.30 - 19.30.
  • Modena Avia Pervia Immersive room on the ground floor of the Palazzo dei Musei open Tuesday to Friday 9am - 12pm and 3pm - 6pm; Saturday, Sunday and holidays 10am - 7pm; closed Monday.
    Last admission half an hour before closing.

The entrance ticket includes a visit to the Civic Museum, to the Giuseppe Graziosi Plaster Collection, to the Roman Lapidarium and to the immersive room Modena Avia Pervia (within one month of delivery)
Full price: € 6
Reduced price: € 4 over 65 and eligible (the complete list)
Reduced: € 3 tour operator
Free up to 18 years of age, first Sunday of each month, at openings and conferences in the museum's halls and eligible visitors (the complete list)

Payment for participation in educational tours (schools) must be made at the INFOPOINT on the ground floor of the Palazzo dei Musei.

by car: exit highway A1 at Modena Nord, then take Via Emilia Ovest toward the city center

nearest carpark: NoviPark (pay parking)

by train: from the train station bus 7 or 11 (about 15 minutes on foot)
